Located in downtown High Point, The LOFT Congdon Yards sets itself apart by providing multiple spaces to accommodate events of many sizes and styles. The LOFT, located in the Factory Building at Congdon Yards, is designed to easily adapt to meet each client’s needs. Once a hosiery mill, the building dates back to the early 20th century and pays homage to High Point’s rich industrial history. The original wood plank floors, timber columns, and original brick only add to the historical aesthetic.
LOVE this venue! Ayesha is so much fun to work with and such a great person to just have a conversation with. She has so many ideas and can help any couple type figure out the wedding they imagine. The venue is gorgeous and can be a splendid use for any party size. If you love great service and a beautiful raw building book here!
Awesome venue for any occasion! We held our Prom there this year and our students absolutely LOVED it! What a neat place to have any event especially with Ayesha and her wonderful staff! They are so very accommodating and always available! Atmosphere is everything!
Love love love. My husband and I cannot express how much we love Ayesha and her team at The Lofts. From the moment we got engaged The Lofts had my heart and I knew I wanted to get married there. When we met Ayesha for the first time, she was kind and really showed interest in the wedding and our relationship. She is so personable and goes out of her way to help you achieve the wedding of your dreams. We have heard so many comments from our guests saying how fun our wedding was and how beautiful the space was.
I can’t express the gratitude I have for Ayesha and her team at The Lofts at Union Square. From our very first consultation I never had any doubt that I wanted to get married at the Lofts. The space is beautiful and the staff are very friendly! Ayesha is truly magnificent in her line of work and I could not have been more happier with our day. Thanks Ayesha for everything!
Ayesha is awesome! When planning our wedding she was very comforting and helpful. Our guest loved the venue and the price was very affordable. We wanted a rustic type wedding and this venue met all of our expectations.
We still have guests asking us how we found such a cool spot for the reception and they LOVED it!! Ben and I first fell in love with The Lofts while attending the Triad Weddings Connect event held there March 2013. It was the first time I was introducing Ben to work colleagues and we both could not get over such a stunning back drop for the event! We absolutely adored the main room with the oak bar, the floor to ceiling windows and the exposed brick. Not to mention the fountain and curved archways and wrought iron work and small bar area when you step off the elevator. We decided that night that when we got married that we wanted to have the reception there! Ayesha is a dream to work with as well. She was so accommodating with every little request including allowing sparklers for our cake, was available for all on-site meetings and gave great vendor recommendations. The Lofts at Union Square are extremely lucky to have her and any bride would be lucky to book this great venue for their big day!!
Beautiful venue for a wedding reception. Possibly too large for the amount of guests I had. Ayesha is super helpful, quick to respond, and very flexible. If you are able to fill the large beautiful space upstairs, I would totally suggest this venue. I had approximately 150 guests, and the large room made it almost seem empty. All the guests talked about how beautiful it was. Perhaps for smaller events use a smaller space within the Lofts.
The Lofts at Union Square was a great place for our wedding. I have nothing but great things to say about the venue and Ayeisha. She was a great help and always answered whenever we had questions or just needed some advice. The venue is not only beautiful but also provides great back drops for all of our photos in our wedding.
