Exclamations catered our daughter's formal wedding several weeks ago. We were given a private tasting prior to choosing our menu. Anna was with us every step of the way- from the tasting, to recommending appetizers, meal and dessert choices, to overseeing the big event itself. The food quality and quantity simply are unsurpassed. We offered our guests four meal options (filet mignon, salmon, chicken and a vegetarian/vegan option). The salad served in a champagne glass was such as special touch. The bacon straws are still being talked about by guests from NY to Florida! We ended our evening event with sliders cooked on a grill- on the best pretzel rolls I've ever tasted. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Anna and her team. We could not have had a successful wedding without Exclamations Catering!

Exclamations catering was amazing to work with for my wedding. They really have anything and everything that you need in just one place. Their warehouse is filled with so many props you could get lost in there for hours! You will not go wrong if you hire Exclamations!

Exclamations Caterering made my wedding was like a winterland fairly tale. I was awed by the beauty and attention to detail. I had an image in my mind of what I would like if i could have anything and they made it even better than that! Ed and Anna took care of everything and i didn't have to worry about anything but showing up to get married. Stress free!
Almost 2 years later people are still talking about the quality of the food and how beautiful everything was.

We used exclamations for our wedding reception party and we really enjoyed working with Dan. They take the time to reflect the couples style in presentation and food choices. We got a lot of compliments on the food, all our guests really enjoyed it.

Anna and her staff were chosen for our daughter's wedding because of their professionalism and quality. The results were even better than we could have imagined. The service was remarkable, the quality was second to none and we received more compliments about the food and appearance of the reception than we could have hoped for. I knew upon viewing the website that Exclamations Catering was going to be awesome! After speaking with the manager Dan, I knew our wedding was in GREAT hands. Not only did he see my vision for our "rustic chic" vineyard wedding reception, he had tons of amazing ideas to add to make our event even better! Dan was absolutely fabulous to work with; returning calls immediately, giving honest input regarding decor, and keeping us within budget! He provided stellar customer service, made me feel at ease, and my wedding guests even loved him and his staff! I look forward to hiring them again for any future events my Husband and I have!
