Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Thank you for your interest in Pepper Moon Catering. I, and the entire Pepper Moon staff, am excited to be a part of such a special occasion. I know that there are many plans to be made and details to discuss, and I understand that it can all be entirely overwhelming. Don’t worry, I am here to help!

My name is Bethann Flaherty and I am Pepper Moon Catering’s in-house Wedding Specialist. I would love the opportunity to sit down and talk with you about your wedding plans. With a degree in Hospitality Management, a background of several years worth of professional planning experience and having successfully coordinated hundreds of wedding events over the years, I would love to share my knowledge and assist you in all aspects of your own planning. There are many details that must be determined to ensure the perfect day- from logistical needs of the facility, to culinary expectations of your guests, to all of the personal details that make the events truly yours- all while meeting your budget.

Pepper Moon did a fabulous job catering my wedding! They were professional and went above and beyond! (She ended up doing the bustle on my dress when no one else could!) The food was delicious, my guest are still raving about it.

Bethann worked so hard to make us happy from the initial meeting. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, it was such a smooth process. Things that we did not think about, she was there to help us make decisions and problem solve. I would have to say, that on our special day, it was her STAFF that blew us away. So professional and so attentive. To our guest as well as to my wife and I!! We thought Bethann was amazing, but her staff was TOP NOTCH! Thank you for all you did for us!

Bethann Flaherty and Pepper Moon helped to make our daughters wedding so amazing. Bethany was so professional and responsive during the planning stages. The tasting was just the beginning of a perfect event. Lori was the manager at our event and she made everything happen flawlessly. Her team was so professional and attentive to all our guests. From cocktail hour with pass around hors d'oeuvres, to a delicious dinner, to the toast preparation, to the cake cutting everything was orchestrated perfectly. Lori packed up appetizers for the bride and groom and made sure she packed their first anniversary cake layer for us. They handled all clean up of the venue as well. Pepper Moon took all the stress out of our catering needs.

Pepper Moon, lead by Bethann, did an exceptional job at our wedding reception. We were so pleased with Bethann's knowledge and with her staff's demeanor. The food was excellent! We received compliments throughout the evening about the quality of the catering. Bethann made this process easier for us and was so helpful and patient getting our final proposal together. The staff was attentive and professional and on top of every detail so that we could enjoy the happy couple's special day. Our son, Jackson's, rehearsal dinner at Magnolia Manor was catered by Pepper Moon, and I can see why Pepper Moon is on the preferred list of caterers! Planning the dinner in Greensboro from my home in Raleigh was made easy by Bethann's calm professionalism and patience. The food was really delicious and applauded by the pickiest of attendees, and the wait staff was simply perfect!

I contracted Pepper Moon Catering for our son's rehearsal and were extremely pleased. I corresponded via email with Bethann to set the menu and plan all the fine details. We chose an Italian buffet with beef lasagna, proscuitto, basil, basil parmesan & feta stuffed chicken, herbed couscous, steamed fresh veggies and rolls. All of the food was splendidly prepared. Because we had only 50 people attending Bethann sent only 3 people to oversee the buffet. They did a FANTASTIC job! As you can probably tell, I highly recommend Pepper Moon :0)
