Beautiful jewelry, inconsistent service - Wedding: 4/2/2016
Service is just OK. They forgot to mail us paperwork, and it took a few times of reminding them to finally get it. In person, the sales staff seemed a bit confused about options when it came to buying the groom's wedding band. Also the free engraving is just OK - all caps, very big, and rough edges.
