Lovely evening beginning with mini tomato basil soup, chicken salad in pastry, and Southern Roots gouda pimiento cheese rolls. The buffet included beef tenderloin, roasted asparagus, shrimp, artisan cheese and antipasta display, crab corn dip and spinach artichoke dip.

For our wedding we wanted the true Southern feel and Southern Roots is our favorite restaurant so it was an easy decision to make. Even on one of their busiest days they made sure that we were only enjoying our friends and family! Thank you to Lisa, Julie and the Southern Roots team!!
