Nothing screams summer like the lake! This North Carolina themed wedding kept everything homegrown! The wedding took place on High Rock Lake, at the High Rock Campground and Marina. The Key West boat and tables were adorned with touches of Red, White, and Dusty Blue to give little hints of our patriotic colors.
All of the products used were made or originated in our home state of North Carolina. For dinner, guests would have Lexington Style BBQ, with Texas Pete. Naturally, Cheerwine, the NC favorite soft drink, was set at each place setting. Guests would also have the option of local beer and wine! For dessert, they had Krispy Cream doughnuts to accompany the sweetheart cake from Cake & All Things Yummy. In addition to the sweets, they had popcorn favors from the local Shallowford Farms.
To also incorporate the state, custom acrylic table numbers, place cards, and the bar menu were made with the great state on each. No detail was left out on this shoot, and these professionals truly brought their creative minds together to bring it all to life. What a great tribute to this amazing state we call home.
