Miranda & Austin
October 20, 2018
"We met through mutual friends from high school who set us up to go on a double date with them. Austin and I immediately connected and began dating. Not long after several dates, we became best friends and could open up to each other on such a humble level. Our relationship moved pretty quickly; we moved in together just a few months after we started dating.
"Our wedding day started with Austin and I doing a first look together in a private area which was one of our favorite moments. We got to see each other to get rid of our nerves that we had for the ceremony in front of a lot of people, and just because we got to have a special moment alone together on our big day.
"Our ceremony could not have had more perfect weather and was short and simple (with a little humor), which is what we wanted. We then stayed out by the little tree to have more pictures done with family, and then some pictures of just the two of us while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour up on the rooftop of the barn.
"We then entered the reception by having our first dance together, followed by the father/daughter and mother/son dances. Dinner was held in the tent where we were able to greet our guests. After dinner, the speeches were given and then the DJ lead us back into the barn for the cake cutting.
"After the cake cutting, we were able to cut loose and get to dancing! The music was great, and everyone was dancing away all night long! Austin and I both did the bouquet and garter toss, which was fun! We ended the night with one more dance for Austin & I while everyone lined up outside the barn for our sparkler send off. It was the most memorable and magical night. I could not have asked for a better wedding!" ~ Miranda
