Brooke & Andrew
Brooke and Andrew met one night in downtown Greensboro. Her friends knew him and his friends and they made the introductions. Brooke admits that the tall, dark and handsome guy in the light blue thermal never left her mind from that night forward!
The couple got engaged in the most perfect outdoorsy space, “Ooh Ahh Point” down the Kaibab Trail in the Grand Canyon and their wedding planning soon commenced. Brooke and Andrew took advantage of all the help provided by TriadWeddings, including attending Marry Me, the Triad’s premier wedding planning event!
Following suit of their outdoorsy engagement, this couple planned for their rustic, elegant wedding to be held at what Brooke claims to be the most unique element of their wedding day, The Vineyards at Betty’s Creek. Brooke and Andrew knew they wanted an outside wedding with the most perfect of views and the mountain and vineyard settings at Betty’s Creek was just what they were looking for.
They selected to incorporate the natural colors of plum, sage, grey and ivory. Brooke’s three bridesmaids wore elegant plum dresses, the men fashioned grey suits with plum ties, and Brooke even added a touch of color to her attire with the addition of plum colored shoes.
Surrounded by family and friends, the couple said their I do’s with the picturesque mountains as their backdrop. They took part in the unity candle ceremony and you could feel the love shared between Brooke and Andrew.
The bride’s bouquet was created with soft pink and ivory roses and other touches of ivory and sage. The same pink and ivory roses and a monogram topper adorned their wedding cake. Rose petals, white hydrangeas and romantic candles dressed their reception tables and guests enjoyed a delicious dinner.
“Jordan Tickle by far exceeded our expectations. When I got overwhelmed or a bit stressed leading up to the ceremony, Jordan stepped right up to the plate to help calm me down and remind me everything will go just perfectly,” shared Brooke. “Our wedding day was absolutely gorgeous!”
