Jennifer & Justin

JENNIFER CAUBLE FIRST NOTICED JUSTIN TINDER at the employee orientation for their new accounting jobs. He didn’t remember meeting her, however, and it would be almost eight months before they would meet again. Thankfully, a few coworkers planned a fun night out in downtown Greensboro where they had the chance to officially meet.

Coincidentally, Justin and Jenny ended up having more connections between them than their new jobs. An old high school friend of Jenny’s happened to also be Justin’s old roommate at Greensboro College. The three of them ended up starting, and playing together, on a co-ed soccer team. It wasn’t long before Jenny and Justin discovered that there was a beautiful connection between them. As Jenny (the definite “quiet one”) found herself easily coming out of her shell, Justin simply enjoyed the complete lack of awkward silences.

Their relationship only grew from there. He impressed her with his cornhole skills at cookouts, while she surprised him with her willingness to play golf. He finally whisked her away for their first official date at Green Valley Grill.

As another tax season winded down, these two accountants decided to take a well-deserved vacation in Asheville. Justin invited Jenny’s sister to join them as they explored the beautiful Biltmore Estate. The flowers were in full bloom and Jenny’s sister (a photography major) seemed to be extremely interested in photographing everything. Claiming it was for a school project, her sister continued to follow them around, even snapping a few images of them together. When Justin pulled out an album of photos of them from the past two years, Jenny remarked over just how sweet that was, still completely unaware of where this day was headed.

Eventually, they slipped away and took a walk along another one of the pretty Biltmore Estate paths. Before she even realized what was going on, he began to tell her sweet things that, even though she can’t remember his exact words, definitely had her smiling. As he dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him, Jenny’s sister documented every sweet moment - all the way up to the “Yes!”

The wedding day was “absolutely perfect” for Jenny and Justin. As they planned their October wedding, they pulled color inspiration from the fall North Carolina colors - stunning dark reds, burnt oranges, and golden yellows. Elizabeth Larson Photography followed the girls around on that lovely day, even taking a fun stop at the bride’s old high school, where four of her five bridesmaids also attended. They said their vows at the Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church, after a beautifully heartfelt sermon from their pastor. With their five groomsmen and five bridesmaids in tow, they headed to the Gardens at Gray Gables for photographs, and then partied all night long!

Jenny and Justin’s fall themed reception featured all the lovely details of the North Carolina autumn: small pumpkins and gourds, old books, candles, and, of course, fall-colored flowers to bring it all together. Marking the table numbers were photographs of the happy couple at the corresponding age - an adorable way to add a personal flair to any reception! Vision’s Catering provided the sustenance for the evening, and according to the bride, “The food was excellent!” And the couple couldn’t get enough of Tammy, the event manager for the day.

“Tammy went above and beyond all expectations! She had drinks ready for me and Justin upon our entrance, prepared plates of food from the buffet for us so that we wouldn’t have to get up, made sure our parents had enough food and drinks all evening, and was extremely helpful in cleaning up not only the catering items but all of the decorations and items used at the reception. It was nice to have Tammy there to take charge and make sure the night went smoothly.”

Guests and wedding party both agreed that they all loved the food, and with full hearts and full stomachs, they danced the night away. “Our goal was to have a fun, laid-back atmosphere that wasn’t too stuffy and the guys at Triad DJ & Events definitely helped make that happen! Shortly after dinner the dance floor opened and we were there all night!”

What a fantastic way to end a perfect day!
