Michael proposed to me on March 17, 2018, at McCormick and Schmicks in Charlotte, NC. This day was supposed to be a birthday and promotion celebration for Michael and his sister, Michelle. Both of our families and friends were there, so nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Once we got to dinner, Michael stood up and thanked everyone for coming to celebrate with them. He began to say sweet things about me, and to be honest, I still didnt realize what was going on. Michael has always showered me with sweet words. The moment he got down on one knee, the world stood still.
Our wedding was elegant, dreamy, and full of love! We selected the colors black, white, gold, and an accent of blush. It was like a modern-day southern bell feel with a touch of glam, incorporating sequin linens, white hydrangeas and orchids, a 6-tier wedding cake, and so much more.
Our favorite memory from our wedding day was our reception. It was amazing seeing our vision come to life right before our eyes. Michael and I were very excited to see all of our family and friends having an amazing time on such a special day. ~ Anita
